Since starting my career in London England in 1989 as a Building Services Engineer I have always believed that the real success of any construction project is based on the coordination between its design team members.

Having lived in Moscow since 1996 and worked on various high profile construction projects I saw the niche in the market for a Building Engineering Services design company that provides a Western approach to high quality design and Client satisfaction at a price that allows us to employ the best local engineers and managers.

These local engineers and managers work very hard to develop and maintain the high reputation that our company has gained by constantly producing engineering designs that are well received by our Clients and their General Contractors.

Our company is very proud of the reputation that we have gained over the years and it is a complement to our team of professionals who are dedicated to constantly providing a high standard of service in a market that is regularly changing.

By creating a very successful company that is based in Russia we believe that we can continue to expand and offer our services throughout Eastern Europe and possibly one day even further !

The reason for inviting me to the Company in 2008 was the intention to evaluate from the first stage of family style business to the easy reproducible in other regions business model.
Unfortunately the financial crisis of 2008 was freezing this process and we all have to survive in new conditions.

Starting from guiding management accounting system in the Company I have to execute more and more administrative tasks to achieve the post of Financial & Legal Director.
In current situation we are still trying to create not only team of talent and experienced engineers who are ready to design almost all internal engineering system but and
efficient and profitable business model of legal designing company trying to combine western style of flexibility to the Client wishes and real circumstances in Russia.

One more very important task to improve our internal work is the certification sue the standard ISO 9001 which we hope to finish till the end of 2010.

Our tasks aren’t easy but we are sure we can achieve them during few years and become one of the best engineering companies in Moscow and Russia as well.
