May 2005 - MEP appointed on the project to produce the Detailed Design and approvals for the Regus office premises located at the Avrora Business Centre Phase II.
March 2005 - MEP once again have been appointed by Gint-M for the project to produce the Detailed Design and approvals for the Huawei office premises to be located in the Krylatsky Hill Business Park.
March 2005 - MEP are please to be again appointed by Gint-M to produce the Detailed Design and approvals for Dupont’s new office premises to be located in the Krylatsky Hill Business Park.
January 2005 - MEP are very proud to be appointed by Microsoft to produce the Scheme and Tender Design for Microsoft’s new office premises to be located in the Krylatsky Hill Business Park.
End 2004 - Our MEP team of full-time staff reaches 22 employees.
December 2004 - MEP are proud to be appointed again by the international architects NBBJ to produce the Engineering Concept, Project Stage and approvals and Tender Design for the “Silver City” Multifunctional Office building in Moscow.
November 2004 - MEP appointed by the General Contractor Gint-M on the project to produce the Detailed Design and approvals of the SUN Interbrew office premises to be located in the Krylatsky Hill Business Park.
July 2004 - MEP are pleased to be appointed by Credit Suisse First Boston to produce the Scheme, Tender and Working Design and approvals for a new commercial banking facility.
June 2004 - We are proud to finish the capital repair and open the extension to our head office and expand our useable space to 200 m2.
January 2004 - MEP have been appointed by the international architect NBBJ to produce the Engineering Tender Design of all building services for the Multi-Purpose Complex “Four Winds ” in Moscow.

       MEP Engineering together with the General Designer of Beijing Urban Construction Design & Development Group Co successfully defended the "Project" stage in  the Moscow State Expertise for a residential complex made of monolithic reinforced concrete with built-in retail premises and underground parking in the scope of the 1st construction phase of the project (section No. 2), as part of Transport interchange hub "Michurinsky Prospect" at the address: Michurinsky Prospekt, 45, Ramenki District, Western Administrative District of Moscow, with a total area of about 56,325 m2
