February 2015 - Russia – Moscow - Our Company was involved in the Tender design developing for the free- standing hostel in the centre of Moscow, with a total area of 1,500 m2.
January 2015 - Russia – Moscow – MEP engineers have started to develop the reconstruction project of a free-standing building in the Central District of Moscow, with an area of 1,400 m2 and intended to allocate the office space and a restaurant.
December 2014 - Russia – Moscow – MEP Engineering team will develop the Tender documentation for the well-known furniture company showroom with an area of 950 m2.
December 2014 - Russia – Moscow - As part of the cooperation with our Client for design and construction of the residential complex "Panorama" in Novosibirsk, our specialists have started to develop the project documentation for the 3rd construction phase of the complex.
November 2014 - Russia – Moscow - The company MEP Engineering was involved in the reconstruction project of the hotel, located in the Central Administrative District of Moscow, with a total area of 15,000 m2 in order to adapt to the needs of the well-known operator.
November 2014 - Ukraine - Kiev - Adrian Salter, CEO and Founder of MEP Engineering and Vitaily Timofeyev, Director of the Kiev office, have participated in The Ukrainian Annual Real Estate Summit 2014.
October 2014 - Russia - Moscow - Our engineers have been appointed for the engineering systems design for the lobby, atrium and elevator halls in BC "Demidov", which is part of the business area called "Red Rose".
October 2014 - Russia - Moscow – The company MEP Engineering has provided the technical Due Diligence of the internal and in-site engineering systems of an existing hotel complex (6,510m2) located in the Moscow region.
September 2014 - Russia - Moscow - The General Director of MEP Engineering, Mr. Adrian Salter, has participated in the Investment Summit GRI Russia 2014 as the co-chair in the discussion panel: "Integrated territorial Development. What opportunities exist? What difficulties can be expected at different stages of development?".
September 2014 - Ukraine – Kiev – The team of Kiev office specialists has started to develop the "Proekt" stage and the "Working documentation" of the internal engineering systems for the hotel complex in Kiev with total area of the 15,000m2.

       Our company completed work on adjustment of the Working and Design Documentation as well as  construction  supervision conducting  of a Residential Complex with an underground parking  and related infrastructure facilities (Lot 8) as part of the ZILart Quarter, with a total area of about 130,000 m2, located at the address: Moscow, st.Avtozavodskaya, vld. 23, plot number 27 with cadastral number 77: 05: 0002004: 3244
