June 2013 - Ukraine – Kiev – "MEP Engineering Ukraine" was involved for the Working Documentation review and for the Construction Supervision ensuring high quality for the fit-out project on behalf of the Client's Project Management team together with Jones Lang LaSalle PM department. The office for the company Shell (2,500 m2) will be located in a new class "A" of the mix-used complex called Toronto.
June 2013 - Russia – Moscow - With the bounds of the joint work on the reconstruction of one of the largest luxury hotels in St. Petersburg, the company "MEP Engineering" was commissioned for the renovation design of the internal engineering systems for the hotel guest rooms located on the 1st floor.
May 2013 - Russia – Moscow - The company "MEP Engineering" has issued the "Proekt" stage and proceeded to the "Working documentation" of the internal engineering systems for the hotel "Courtyard by Marriott" (7 000 ì2), which will be built in Ulyanovsk, Russia.
May 2013 - Russia – Moscow - MEP Engineering is appointed as the Consultant for the engineering systems design of the DUTY FREE shopping area with the total area of 3,000 m2 in the new terminal of Pulkovo Airport, St. Petersburg.
April 2013 - Russia - Moscow - The specialists of the Moscow office are now involved in the engineering systems design for the 4,000 m2 headquarter of the one of the largest agro industrial holdings in Russia, located inside a separate building in the city of Belgorod.
March 2013 - Russia - Moscow - MEP Engineering continues to develop one of the most perspective direction of the modern business life and proceeds to design engineering systems of the second Data Center.
March 2013 - Ukraine – Kiev – The company "MEP Engineering Ukraine" has started to design the "Proekt" and "Working documentation" stages of the internal engineering systems for the supermarket BILLA (total area is 2,200 m2) , which will be located in Kiev, on Anna Akhmatova Str.
March 2013 - Russia - Moscow - A full-scale Fit-out project for the office of one of Russia's largest IT companies has been successfully completed.
February 2013 - Russia - Moscow - The specialists of the Moscow office have completed a technical Due Diligence of the engineering systems for a new Wella beauty salon with an area of 800 m2.
February 2013 - Russia – Moscow -MEP Engineering has won the tender to design the internal and external engineering systems for a new 50,000 m2 building within one of the largest logistic parks in Russia located in the district of Domodedevo, in the Moscow region.

       Our company completed work on adjustment of the Working and Design Documentation as well as  construction  supervision conducting  of a Residential Complex with an underground parking  and related infrastructure facilities (Lot 8) as part of the ZILart Quarter, with a total area of about 130,000 m2, located at the address: Moscow, st.Avtozavodskaya, vld. 23, plot number 27 with cadastral number 77: 05: 0002004: 3244
