Russia – Saint-Petersburg - For our Client Velle MEP Engineering fit-out division is producing the engineering systems survey in the building where the Client is planning to buy premises.

MEP Engineering fit-out division specialists has visited the object in Saint-Petersburg where visual inspection of necessary premises in the complex with total area of 9,250m2 has been undertaken. Mechanical, electrical, low voltage, public health systems has been accurately inspected.

Basing on visual inspection of the building and on the information about the base building systems provided by the Landlord MEP Engineering will produce the Technical report pointed out existing problems and ways to solve them.
