MEP Engineering was commissioned by famous international architects Aedas to design the Saraya Sochi 96.000 m2 as one of the most prestigious Mixed-use complexes in a “pearl” city of the Russia Black Sea cost part. The complex will be operated by famous Middle East luxury hotel operator Jumeirah which develops the most luxury buildings and so provides the service for the most demanding guests. That is why our group of companies have dedicated the best hotel experts for this project and for this Client and we are proud to work closely and to bring the value to the international design team and to produce another high quality product which is only expected by our Client.
The complex consists of 2 high-rise apart-hotel towers, the business and conference facilities, various restaurants and entertainment areas and the set of separate luxury apartments/bungalow on the site plot.
As always we would be happy to offer the “green” sustainable design solutions. And the location of the project with intensive sunlight energy and the available sea water as a limitless low potential power source for cooling and heating through out the year create the various opportunities for environmentally friendly sustainable solutions to become more reasonable than in any other regions.
