A 110 hectare green field site surrounded by forest in the north of Moscow to be developed to accommodate 12,000 residents with residential, schools and all necessary local amenities.

The first phase of the project covers approximately 35 hectares and includes the scope of Engineering systems and Structural design works for an architectural design developed by Aedas Architects that includes multi-apartment residential buildings with a total area of approximately 95,500m2, individual residential townhouses with a total area of approximately 30,000m2 and public service buildings including a comprehensive school for students including a sports ground zone and a Kindergarten for children.
