January 2023 - Russia - Moscow - Our company continues to successfully design various types of real estate projects, including industrial, commercial and residential properties.
Please contact us if you would like more information.
• In 2021, we completed 19 projects with a total area of 205,000 sq.m.
• In 2022, we completed 11 projects with a total area of 316,000 sq.m.
• At the moment there are 5 projects with a total area of 310 thousand sq.m.

December 2020 - Russia - Moscow - Our company completed work on adjustment of the Working and Design Documentation as well as construction supervision conducting of a Residential Complex with an underground parking and related infrastructure facilities (Lot 8) as part of the ZILart Quarter, with a total area of about 130,000 m2, located at the address: Moscow, st.Avtozavodskaya, vld. 23, plot number 27 with cadastral number 77: 05: 0002004: 3244

November 2020 - Russia - Moscow - MEP Engineering in cooperation with the General Designer of Beijing Urban Construction Design & Development Group Co developed the "Project" stage for the Dairy Farm of "Sichuan-Chuvashia" Intensive Livestock Complex, located in the Republic of Chuvashia on a land plot of 176.2 hectares with a total building area more than 467 thousand m2

October 2020 - Russia - Moscow - Our engineers completed the Working Documentation development and successfully approved it with both the Customer and those responsible for the fire safety of the Facility, for the engineering systems of residential apartments and common areas, with a total area of about 10,000 m2, located on the 43- 56 floors of Multifunctional complex "Mercury Tower" at the address: Moscow, 1st Krasnogvardeisky pr., 15

September 2020 - Russia - Moscow - MEP Engineering together with the General Designer of Beijing Urban Construction Design & Development Group Co successfully defended the "Project" stage in the Moscow State Expertise for a residential complex made of monolithic reinforced concrete with built-in retail premises and underground parking in the scope of the 1st construction phase of the project (section No. 2), as part of Transport interchange hub "Michurinsky Prospect" at the address: Michurinsky Prospekt, 45, Ramenki District, Western Administrative District of Moscow, with a total area of about 56,325 m2

August 2020 - Russia - Moscow - Our team completed the development of Working documentation for engineering systems of a separate administrative building with a total area of about 2,750 m2, located at the address: Omsk, st. Gertzena, 48, bld. 4, which is supposed to accommodation the Regional Technological Center of a large Russian bank

April 2020 - Russia - Moscow - Our company together with the General Designer of AM Marvin and Co successfully approved the "Project" stage in a non-state Expertise for the 2nd construction phase of the territory bounded by Sovetskaya street of Bolshevo and Pervomaysky microdistricts in Korolev, Moscow region and by the right-of-way of the railway line Moscow-Fryazino and the Klyazma River (Residential building No. 3, with a total area of about 28,500 m2, with built-in administrative and office premises, located in Moscow Region, Korolev, Pervomaisky m/n, st.Sovetskaya
